The last of the propeller driven US Navy attack aircraft (AD1 SPADS) were flown in 1967 during the Vietnam Campaign by the famous "VA-115 Squadron" aboard the USS Hancock CVA-19. While on the line in the Gulf of Tonkin, VA-115's six months produced 2051 sorties, 8012 hours for her twenty pilots, and an Air Wing high of 6,920,000 pounds of ordnance delivered to enemy targets.
